RETURN POLICY

Cancellation

We accept order cancellation before the product is shipped or processed. If the order is cancelled, you will receive a full refund. We cannot cancel the order once it has been shipped.

Processing time: 2–7 business days.

Returns (If Applicable)

We accept returns within 14 days after delivery.

To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in the same condition as received, and in original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

Return Shipping

If the return is due to the customer’s reason, the customer is responsible for the return shipping cost.

If the return is due to our error (wrong item, damaged, or defective product), we will cover the shipping cost.

No restocking fee will be charged.

Refunds

Once the return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email.

If approved, the refund will be processed within 7 business days and returned to the original payment method.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund:

Notes:Custom or personalized items are not eligible for return or refund.

Orders cannot be cancelled once shipped.
